Scott Alderman — Broker & President |

Scott is a native of Valdosta and has been licensed and active in the local commercial real estate market since 1982. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a BBA (1981) and MBA (1988). He also taught real estate for 12 years at Valdosta Technical College. Scott founded First Commercial in 1996 after seeing the need for a specialized independent commercial brokerage here. During his career he has sold and leased over $100 million in commercial properties. |

Jeff has lived in Valdosta most of his life except for when he attended the University of Nevada-Reno where he received a BBA in Accounting. He worked in public and corporate accounting until 1993 when he started The Finex Company which specializes in business brokerage. Jeff continues to own The Finex Company as a licensee of First Commercial Real Estate, providing buyers and sellers of ongoing businesses with this important specialty service. |

John is a native of Valdosta and graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, with a BBA in Finance. He has extensive experience in the local commercial-investment market from successfully managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of family investment properties for several years. John specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial-investment properties, and also manages our clients’ rental properties. |
