Scott Alderman - Principal Broker & President

Scott has been licensed and active in the local commercial, investment and land market since 1982. He started First Commercial in 1996 after seeing the need for a specialty independent commercial brokerage in the Valdosta-Lowndes County market. During his career, Scott has been a broker in thousands of property sales and leases totaling over $250 million in value. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a BBA (1981) and MBA (1988). He also taught real estate for 12 years at Valdosta Technical College.
